This pie started with our signature sauce and dough. Topped with Red and Green Roasted Peppers marinated in Tuscan Herb Olive oil cut into hearts, clubs, diamonds and spades set on top of fresh mozzarella. A lattice work around each suit of our award winning five cheese blend created a playing card look for Las Vegas and captured the red, white and green colors of Italy.
