This pizza missed being the world's best by 2.25 points. The Flowering Pepperoni begins by sautéing the pepperoni & mushrooms in butter flavored olive oil. Set on our signature sauce, dough & mozzarella cheese, we spread mushrooms & crispy pepperoni bits on top. Then, a specialty large size pepperoni is shaped into a tulip, filled with a ball of our 5 cheese blend & together placed in a sautéed mushroom cap that has been rimmed with a hickory flavored sea salt.
